Ok. I'm like 95% shagged now. Decided to blog while waiting for sy and kj to dota 1 time before my field camp.

Met up with kj and sy today for the first time after like 4 weeks or 1 month. We decided to go for a drink. Ended up in eski bar for like 30min+ then change of plan to other bar as it was too boring. Too bad we are not in the nice icy area. Anyway, it was warm today due to the number of people patronnising the bar today. After which, we went to another bar to have some beer. And the most terrifying thing happened to me. Crappy. Don't wish to mention about it.

Anyway, life in army is army like.. lol.. too tired to mention now.. tml is my field camp. GooD luck to me!!

BACK FROM CHALET

Ok. The 3D2N sentosa chalet ended fast. Perhaps too fast. Anyway, it was enjoyable ! Seriously fun. The bbq on the first nite was good, no food was wasted except the misc stuff such as plastic spoons and forks. Did some driving at that nite. Drove to many places in Singapore which includes the lengendary carpark G and changi Beach. LoL. Done a 120km/hr drive on the way to carpark G. The feel was totally different from 90km/hr. haha. Thought of going up to 140km/hr but decided it was too dangerous to do so. 2nd day was all about card games and camp games which ended pretty fast.

6 days more to go. Having mixed feelings right now. Not really sure of what the feeling is. Kinda look forward to NS yet not wanting to enter NS. Maybe this is due to the insufficient sleep i had during the chalet. Both nites were like a challenge. 1st nite i'm squeezed to a position which the space could not accomodate my body. The 2nd nite i had to sleep on the edge of the bed which almost 1/2 of my body is hanging in mid air and i slept on the floor in the end.

Argh. Weird feeling.

Anyway, 3 weeks 3 fishing trips and total of 12 fishes caught. Lemme recall what fishes were caught. Mm.. 1 Starfish, 1 monstrous fish, 2 i think edible fishes and 8 catfishes.. LOL

My first fishing experience !

Juz came back from my 5km jog. Decided to blog about my first fishing experience which I had last nite.

Met up with my buddies at tampines mrt control last nite at about 7pm. We sat bus 29 to changi interchange. The journey was long but excitement was filled in us. Thus, the long journey was quickly over as we talk about stuff and so.

We decided to get our fishing poles before having some snacks. Went to a fishing stall and bought everything which was needed to fish. It costed about 27bucks/person. 1 10bucks fishing pole, 1 reel, 2 hooks and weight, 1 fishing pole bag and 1 packet of prawns bait. After dinner, we took a 20 to 30min walk to a place which kj calls it breakwater which I had no idea why though.

The real excitement came ! It was time to set up our fishing equipments. Ok... For a first timer without any fishing experiences, we took about 1hour to set everything up. It was long and funny. Oh ya, the fishy hook is super sharp. I poked my fingers and hand a few times. Even juz touching the tip of the hook might cause your skin to be hooked onto it. Although I have been poked by the hook a few times, none of these had cause me to bleed.

After setting up the fishing pole, it was time to put the bait. The prawns was super smelly =.= Kinda rotting I guess. Nevertheless, we had to use it as it was the only bait we have and it was better than cutting earthworms. Then it was time to cast the rod. The first time i casted my rod, my hook and weight juz flew off. = .. LOL ! I was like laughing my heads off. I realised the hook wasn't tied tight enough. Then after setting up my second hook, i casted the rod and the hook dropped like directly 2-3 m infront of me. LoL ! Had to recast my rod.

After we are done with the casting, Sy decided to put a redbull can on the reel thinking that if the can drops, there would be a catch. Sounds dumb right ? I and kj thought so too but soon, we were proven wrong. The redbull can dropped and sy caught a big cat fish =.=... !

After which, we all decided to use the redbull tactic. But it didn't worked for either me or kj. Anyway, i realised the fishes there were hungry fishes. The moment i cast my rod, i could feel that my bait was being nibbled off by hungry small fishes. So i decided, small bait to catch small fishy. A few moments later, I catch 1 small fishy ! haha.. My first catch !

It's small but i was happy ! Oh ya, we let the fishes off as we did not have any container to keep them. Soon after my catch, kj also caught 1 small fishy ! It was a red groupa if i am not wrong. Too bad, cannot eat it as it was too small.

Letting off those fishes, Kj reminded us that we should kill them after we catch them and not let them off. This is to reduce the chance of the fishes to evolve into a smarter fish as releasing them would allow them to "pass down" the knowledge of being fished to the younger generations. If it was true, future fishes would be hard to be fished. We would not know whether this is a myth or fact until decades or maybe centuries later.

After 7 hours of fishing, we cleared up the place and left. It was a nice and fun experience !

After watching 1 episode of a jap drama and before going to sleep, I've decided to continue my last blog entry which I had stopped half way.

Woot ! Long time since i last officially blogged. Since i have the time now to blog while waiting for defense, i shall spend some of these precious time to update on my current life. Perhaps a few of my thoughts, on how it changed or so. Ok. So here it shall go.

Have been working at my SIP place for like 1 month plus now and also taking up part-time tuitoring. Woot ~ It's tough to hold onto 2 jobs at the same time. Since this is hard already, i roughly could guess how hard is it to work full-time while studying part-time. Anyway, it's really exhuasting to juz try to keep up with the pace of having 2 jobs. Furthermore, sat and sun is required to socialize around. *Anyway, a change of plan. No more defense. ya.. but nvm, that can wait till another day.* That means there is like no room for rest ? In fact, nope. Since work cannot be adjusted, the only item left is to reduce the time used for socializing. Lets take it this way, either sat or sun is used for resting. This concludes that only 1 day is spent on socializing.

Anyway, time is really precious. Looking back at the past few years. I felt it was fast. Perhaps too fast. Secondary school seems like yesterday. I still remember my seconday 1 orientation "camp" which last for like 3 days only. Friends come and go. Primary school memory seems to have fade off. Actually, i do remember some of it. Further back, kindergarden memories. Simple life was it then. Life is soooo simple at that time. Juz waking up each day, going to school for 4hours, and then heading home to spend some time understanding ourself by our own.

If one could restart one part of his life, what would you restart ?

I think my life so far is great. The only thing I wish I could have restarted was to really focus on studying but too bad. There's no room for regrets now ~ The only thing left is to continue from the mistakes and try not to make the same one. Learn from it.

MP left with like another 3 months to complete. Anyway, time flies real quick man. 9 weeks down and 11 more to go. Thinking back, the first week of sip is like so recent event. Pretty much fast-paced. Since i'm on the topic of work, shall continue my grumbling with dpp rx journal. haha. Done like less than 50%. Phew.. Totally no mood to continue. Gotta chiong anyway. woo..almost 2 weeks since i last updated my bloggie. Lots of stuff happened over the past 2 weeks. mm.. shalln't mention bout it.

After experiencing sip for 3 weeks, i realised there's only 2 things on my mind. 1) of coz, i bet most of the ppl are thinking about it which is time to end work! ahah.. and 2) FOOD.lol .. everyday at about 11am i'll start thinking of lunch.. what to eat ~ woo.. haha. and almost everyday around 4.30pm i'll be hungry and start thinking of what to eat for supper and what desert is there after dinner..haha

Althought my life now is like a no life life, but i hope my life will have life... Looking forward to next sat for my buddies gathering.. Woo.. hope the food is good there ~! buffet somemore ~ =)

SIP starting =(

As my title states, sip is starting in like another 2 days. Kena sad ya. Anyway, it's a really fun and relaxing week i got. Of coz, it is also very costly. haha.

Getting my Concession this coming sunday which is like tomorrow ? haha. 97 bucks.

LoL...cannot think much now. Heard rainie's 2 new songs already. Que yang and ren yi men, que yang is not bad but ren yi men is seriously weird ? hahah..k.. will comment on her 3rd album after listening to all the songs.. =)

Blog Time

Ok. Now waiting for time to pass then can dota with the guys. So, I've decided to update my blog. The last time i updated was like on the PST bbq nite, which is like 1week+ ago. So I shall begin there.

DPP Term test review: mm.. I guess the paper is relatively easy. Giving it 3 to 3.5/5 stars. The only difficulty in the paper is the memorising the whole notes part. Lol. Of all parts which i memorise, i forgot the parts which the question is asking. Lol.. sian.. Lost like 4 marks unless there is erm.. some tyconess in my answer which can get me another 1/2 mark. LoL.

The rest of the modules has been completed. DPP left with the most sian part. Prescription Journal.

Juz emailed beacons pharmaceuticals about the SIP thingie. It seems like we gotta wear formal clothes .. Liew.. sian. lol.. Everyday.. but i hope not ah. Imagine wearing formal and in the lab . o.o..mmm

Tml napfa already... Fast... Beginning of the sem, was thinking like september 5... Still long lar.. but now it's juz like another 15h away only. Hope i can get at least a silver tml. But of coz, aim for a gold. 21points with all stations at least a C.

Went out rollerblading yesterday. Haha. It's fun~ But i still think ice skating easier... Maybe i think that falling on the ice is not as pain as the ground there? lol. Ya.. Fell once yesterday. LoL. The only fall which injuried my palm. ouch ya. Bath also pain. lol.

POST UPDATE

Haha... Long time since i truely updated my blog. So today shall be a good day to do so.

Firstly, I left with only 1 term test which is DPP, this coming tuesday. 3 topics to study on and 2 topics already gone through like alot of times ? . Ya..so i doubt i will be putting in LOTS and LOTS of effort. Perhaps only abit more but less than ALOT. LoL. yea.. Ok.
Review of term tests (DDCT and PA)
DDCT: It was an relatively easy paper compared to the previous ddct quizes. I'll give erm. 3 to 3.5 / 5 stars (5 being the hardest). Ya. It was awarded 3 to 3.5 stars due to the amount of memory work required. Practically the whole paper is about remembering points in the lecture notes. ya. so..it's nice.. =)

PA: mm..Relatively easier compared with term test 1. It is an open book module. so ya. I'll give 2.5/5 stars. Yea. Only thing which i regretted is how i plan my time. LoL.. Insufficient time spent on the last question. Gotta rush through. x( .. but ya..managed to complete the whole paper but with 1 careless mistake >.< 4 marks gone already. Yepz... that's all for the term test part. Until dpp is over.

Next: erm. lets talk about SIP first. Woot.. Got a R&D placing in Beacons pharmaceutical pte ltd. Erm.. first time hearing about it. Was told that it was the biggest generic manufacturing company in singapore. o.o... That's nice but the bad thing is it is located in Jurong =.=.. 45min MRT ride + unknown time required on the bus. bleahz.. The allowance is like 400+ and work time is tentatively 8.30am to 5.30pm. 5-day work week. =) yea.. So ya..Can spend my saturdays doing DPP project >.<... Anyway, i got cindy as my partner or new best friend ? .. lol. =p I got such a hard life >.< ... lol... I guess it will be harder when MP falls in place. I think i will have little or no time to play games at all.. haix...

Then: erm... Juz came back from collin/jacilyn bbq or so-called the PST bbq. From what i see, it's juz like a clique bbq..lol. bleahz. Nvm about the clique part. It was quite nice and ya.. I'm having another bbq/chalet next friday. LoL. More burnt stuff to eat = higher chance of getting cancer.haha. wooo Mm.. suddenly thought of it. My next driving test will fall during my sip.. Oh crap >.< ... i guess i'll try to change my driving test date to a saturday so that i don't need to apply for leave. haha.

That's about all that i'm gonna update about. =) The rest are unbloggable stuff. So ya. cannot blog about it. =).. ok..Gonna check up on this beacons pharmaceutical company now. Nites all !
